Directly after coming home...
my new Baby had to be washed seriously. There was still coming sand from the Dubai dessert out of the car.
already cleaned for the first time there is lots of work that has to be done till this Beatle becomes a beauty again.
First thing was to remove the big stickers from the doors. They are original but in a bad condition so I ripped them off.
I removed the front to replace some parts that were broken and to mount nice Bi Xenon Headlights.
we had to remove the inside to be able to replace.
the new part looks much better... |
All parts around removed...
...to clean everything.
than we had to pant some of the parts.
like under the doors
or around the windshield
as well as the left door
already done!
also the oil pan had to be changed

the body kit had to be brought back in place
some motivation to see how it will look if the car is ready to go.
dashboard with new parts looks really great.
also the front in place.
and the inner left wheel housing
some wires had to be added so that the automatic light wide adjustment will work
beautiful front with all the new parts
the little front wing that is difficult to mount in the perfect position, but this small expensive part brings a great look into the Beetles face.
and again from under the New Beetle
Alex(at the right) and myself very happy to see that everything worked out fine.
the front sensor for the automatic height adjustment for the Xenon lights.
