only very little rust but bad paint.

arriving in it's new home...

first I had to of cause wash the Beetle.

and recognized that under the black there is the original ralley yellow paint.

After two weeks of thinking about different modifications, that were already for a long time in my head. I brought the new 1303S into my garage.

First test drive without the motor but with a towing bar behind the forg lift.

First I had to do was wash the whole Beetle upside and down.

Second I took the fenders apart and was impressed on the condition of the car.

Some hours of polishing made the 1303 look a lot better.

It looks not too bad like that ;-)
